Hello Bruce old mate. Bruce I'm very concerned for your safety mate. Firstly where is your helmet. Then there is the safety jacket. With all the danger, drama , adventure and romance you have to be prepared for anything. You should be wearing a wet suit and a breathing apparatus also a fireman's axe would be handy [for dogs etc] And a life jacket. I mean those grease traps could be forty foot deep. Anything happens and they just just give you a load of ready mix. "Here lies Bruce", a hero at rest. But don't worry about a thing. I've got you well insured. P.S. don't forget the boots

My brother has nice long skinny arms, so he shoves his arm into the drain under the house. Which over time fills up with fat from the kitchen, even with us doing what we can do get it into the regular bin. He starts with a garbage bag over his arm. it smells.... worse than you think it does. I commend you for doing the job you do. I could not cope with the stink.

Just watching this, it seems pretty normal to me, just a bloke real enthused with his job. But if I came across a man fawning over a "free flowing drain", talking to a camera in real life, I'm running the other way.
